Client Straight off the credit report and the qualifying call.
Paste from the CRM Debts tab for the accounts, enrollment tab for the quoted payment. Paste each one.
Click here, then paste (Cmd V or Ctrl V)
Select the rows of the debts table in the CRM, copy, then paste here. Pivot reads the
column headings to work out which column is the creditor, the balance, the limit, the payment and the term.
Cards and unsecured loans are ticked as enrolled by default, unless the balance is under $450.
Mortgages, autos and HELOCs are left out.
Check every row before you present. Then open the enrollment tab, select all, copy, and paste it here too. That replaces the estimate below with the real quoted deposit and term.
Accounts Tick the ones going into the plan. Unticked accounts still count toward debt to income.

APR %
Leave APR blank and Pivot estimates it from the balance, payment and term, or from the market rate at this credit score. If the client reads a real rate off a statement, type it in and every slide recalculates around it.
Loan disqualification Slide 5 picks its angle from the client's own numbers.
Override only if you want to rehearse a different angle than this client's numbers produce.
Plan figures Used only until an enrollment schedule is pasted in.
Replace these before a live call. The resolution and fee percentages are placeholders, not IFN contracted figures. With no enrollment schedule loaded, every number on slides 6 and 7 is built from them.
Client link The client follows your slides and cannot navigate on their own.
The client cannot navigate. Their screen follows yours,
and their figures are encrypted inside the link so they never touch a server. When the session ends the key
is destroyed and the link stops opening, for good.
